Mark Hawkins joined the Hawkins Companies team in 1999 as a Developer, working with Staples and Sportsman’s Warehouse. Since that time Mark has worked with many tenants and land owners to develop and lease over 2,800,000 square feet of retail space nationwide.

Mark is experienced in opening new markets for tenants and successfully developing synergy in those markets. Notwith­standing Mark’s focus on the west, he has de­veloped many locations throughout the United States, and is a trusted source of accurate and balanced information and transactions throughout the Country. During his tenure with the company, Mark has established the Hawkins Companies regional office in Phoe­nix, AZ.

Mark received his Bach­elor of Science in Busi­ness from Arizona State University, majoring in Finance and minoring in International Business.
